Organisational strategies and goals are only worthwhile if every person within the organisation takes ownership of them and makes them happen. We can facilitate this process by guiding clients through a performance management cycle, enabling every member of staff to see the role they play in achieving strategic goals. We help staff to discover what they need to achieve and how through the development of a skills-based competency framework and personal development plans.

This enables managers to monitor work more accurately, to reward people's contribution accordingly, and to use appraisals to help individuals develop the skills they need to drive the strategy forward. 

Often, one of the outcomes of this process is the identification of learning needs across the organisation. We can help to meet these needs directly, or train in-house trainers where appropriate.
